These terms explain the general basis on which KingHorses responds to horse and pony sourcing enquiries.
Enquiries and Availability
Website information and initial correspondence are for general guidance and do not constitute a promise that a horse or pony is available, suitable, sound, or priced at a particular amount. Availability, condition, suitability, and pricing can change quickly.
Independent Sourcing
KingHorses helps buyers identify and evaluate European horses and ponies. A recommendation reflects the information reasonably available at that time and the stated buyer brief. The buyer remains responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining suitable independent professional advice.
Vetting, Transport, and Import
Veterinary examinations, insurance, transport, import, payment, and purchase arrangements are separate services and may involve independent third parties. Their scope, costs, and terms will be confirmed separately before work proceeds.
Agreements
Any sourcing engagement, purchase, payment obligation, commission, or other commercial arrangement is valid only when the relevant terms are agreed separately in writing by the parties involved.
